Hi, everyone! For Wednesday, we're going to read part of an article about the modern food business. The article focuses on the ways that food makers and marketers design food products to appeal to the greatest number of consumers.
We'll only read part of the article, because it's kind of loooong.
So please click on this link, and read only Part 1 of the article, titled "In This Field, I'm a Game Changer." That is, skip the introduction, and only read Part 1, beginning, "John Lennon couldn't find it in England..."
What do you think Howard Moskowitz means when he says he's a "game changer"? What is the "bliss point"? Do you agree that Moskowitz is a game changer? What do you think about his work?
We'll discuss the article Wednesday in class, and also watch the TED talk on Moskowitz mentioned.
