Remember to also spend some time doing background research for your business plan.
The goal is to research the Washington, D.C. area restaurant market (or whatever market is relevant to your project) first, to make sure your idea seems workable in that market, and then with the goal of creating a business plan that defines your target market and maximizes your project's chances for success in the marketplace. Use the Nudlez business plan (product description and/or market research sections) as your guide here.
For Monday, try to finish a simple written outline of your proposed business--the basics of what you want to do, along with a bit of research evidence supporting the market feasibility of your idea. A half a page to a page, typed, should be fine. And then we'll go from there!
